Client: Energy Talent Company Their problem: Energy Talent Company needed to expand its talent pool of mid-senior energy professionals and build stronger brand awareness across social platforms. Additionally, they needed a recruitment marketing strategy to attract high-quality candidates and a scalable content system to stay relevant in the energy industry for brands seeking top talent. Solution: I co-designed and implemented a data-driven recruitment strategy, leveraging referrals, word-of-mouth, job boards and professional communities to attract talent. I also developed a multi-platform social media plan (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) to boost brand visibility and drive cohort-based recruitment. I Launched a LinkedIn newsletter, sharing industry trends and community stories to build thought leadership and trust in the energy space. I created a storytelling framework, gathering and publishing member stories to humanize the brand and foster connection. I additionally led monthly learning events and webinars, positioning the community as a hub for professional growth for talents in the energy sector. I collaborated with the programs and HR team to turn feedback into actionable content and marketing strategies. Results: Generated 100+ leads daily, increasing talent pool growth and conversion. grew LinkedIn newsletter to 3,000+ organic subscribers in 3 months, consistently drove 200+ registrations for learning events, boosting community engagement and retention, strengthened Energy Talent Company's positioning as a go-to platform for energy industry talent.
